Professional Service-Learning is an approach to education that links service-leadership and project management to deep inquiry and reflection. It's a process for nonprofit and community leaders who want to learn, participate and lead to improve conditions in their neighborhoods.
Through our Changemakers Program we help leaders make personal connections to service, execute projects that measure results, and multiply their impact by sharing what they learn with youth and community partners.

DevoCenter Changemakers is a year-long leadership program for women with bright ideas and the desire to make a difference in the lives of those around them. Participants receive leadership training, technical assistance and mini-grants to help organize nonprofit projects, understand and apply service-leadership, and prepare for funding opportunities.

Professional Services offers technical assistance to educational nonprofits in need of human resources, marketing design and fundraising support. We encourage compliance, collaboration, strong systems, organizational sustainability and meaningful service. We produce deliverables that communicate processes and priorities, deliver impactful messages, and help fundraise to reach an organizations mission.

For Giving Tuesday we sent donations to three nonprofits actively serving their communities. We love that we get to work with and support these phenomenal women, and we're grateful for the work they are doing for young people and their families.
